This enables us to ensure that the products and services that we need from suppliers to meet the requirements of clients are delivered on time and where we want them.

Our priority is to eliminate delays and bottlenecks that could hamper workflow, increase processing times, drive up our operating costs and disappoint clients. This focus is also closely aligned to our Journey to Excellence and Balanced Scorecard improvement systems.

The supply chain management system also allows a company to constantly see what is on stock, making sure that the right quantities are ordered to replace stock and that production lines function smoothly, thereby benefiting clients.
