Every client has different requirements and aspirations when considering a new building. We don’t believe therefore that ‘one size or one design fits all’.
Our off-site prefabricated modular solutions are highly flexible and we have the expertise and knowledge to help each client develop a building that meets their specific requirements in terms of design, functionality and cost. Off-site prefabricated modular buildings can be developed to be as aesthetically pleasing and functional as a conventional structure.
Flexibility underpins our overall approach. We can take on the role of contractor, designing and constructing a building to a client’s requirements. Alternatively, we will work in partnership with a client’s professional staff and/or advisers to develop a high quality building.
Our solutions can also include exterior finishes, landscaping, paving and interior outfitting to specifications agreed with an individual client.
