The McAvoy Solution

McAvoy Off-site Prefabricated Modular Building Solutions supplied 98 prefabricated modular bays, configured in three lines and double-stacked which were all linked via corridor walkways. A separate 7 unit installation was also supplied for use as a music block. Another key feature of this project was a huge open plan area which we designed to meet this exacting requirement.

McAvoy’s Safe Space highly secure, vandal resistant prefabricated modular units were required for this project to ensure a comfortable environment for pupils and staff and also for the safe protection of high value musical equipment.

This very large two-storey facility was manufactured and installed within a total of 12 weeks from the date of order.
