Requirement: 100 en-suite bathroom pods were required by P. Elliott Construction for this new hotel developed by the company. P. Elliott Construction was founded in 1942 and is now one of Ireland's leading construction and property development firms with a turnover for 2005 approaching €250 million; a staff of over 300; and a portfolio of construction projects for a broad range of industrial, commercial, leisure and retail clients.

Our Solution:  McAvoy Pods were chosen because we offered high specification steel-framed pods manufactured and finished by craftsmen at our Dungannon factory and could meet the fast delivery timetable required by the contractor. The hotel is part of a major commercial complex that includes offices, shops and leisure facilities.

McAvoy steel-framed pods were supplied with ceramic tiles, bathroom furnishings and fittings, including high quality shower cubicles, and are fully compliant with technical requirements. The pods were delivered in sealed units ready to be connected to the plumbing system.
