McAvoy Pods were selected for the Comfort Hotel, Portrush, Northern Ireland by contractor Kennedy Group of Companies of Coleraine, Northern Ireland.

Project: En-suite bathroom pods

Client: Kennedy Group of Companies, Coleraine, Co Londonderry

Requirement:  19 bathroom pods for new bedrooms as part of an extension and refurbishment of the existing hotel premises.

Our Solution: McAvoy Pods were chosen because we offered high specification steel-framed pods manufactured and finished by the skilled team at our Dungannon factory and could meet the tight delivery timetable required by the Kennedy Group, owners of the hotel.

A tight delivery timetable was set in line with Kennedy Group’s contractual deadline tied to legal requirements centred around the licensing laws.

The project also involved the pods being craned into position and wheeled into place in the new bedroom complex through an access point in the roof space.

The quality pods were manufactured in our Dungannon factory and supplied fully fitted out and tiled to the contractor’s design and other requirements.
