The McAvoy Solution
McAvoy Offsite experienced technical team, working with Speedy Hire and Galliford Try, developed a solution based on its successful Safe Space anti-vandal product. McAvoy supplied 22 prefabricated modular bays for use as design and technology classrooms. Facilities were also provided for staff at the school. The bays are linked by a central corridor.
The benefits of McAvoy Safe Space units include security, a long life span, low maintenance costs, excellent vandal and arson resistance and ease of re-location.
The units are used in a range of applications including welfare units, which are available with their own diesel generator for light, heat and plumbing, stores, changing rooms, modular buildings, offices – standard and fire-rated, halting accommodation and ticket booths.
